*Under Construction*
Please let us know what other home education, parenting, or other groups compliment this one in order to meet our home educating needs. We'd love to list them here in order to help Little Way Home Educators members and friends easily find them.
Library Recommendations
Sails Library Network and surrounding networks, such as OCLN, serves as a prime resource for LWHE members. To help one another discover and benefit from key resources within our local library system, members are encouraged to share favorite titles and reviews in our Facebook page*. Additionally, since many members are voracious readers with extensive personal libraries, if anyone is looking for a book that Sails Library Network does not have in its collection, it never hurts to ask fellow members if someone might have a copy to share or swap.
Faith, Home and Learning Resources
All members are not only welcome, but also encouraged, to share faith, home, and learning resources. To this end, please post about any materials you wish to swap, share, or gift forward on our Facebook page*. You may also bring items to swap or share to in person events.
* We do not wish to exclude those who are not on Facebook, however, after trying emails and another forum, discovered our membership was most active communicating on Facebook. That said, if you wish to be involved in LWHE, but are not on Facebook, just leave a message on this website and someone will get in touch with you.
Little Way Home Educators (LWHE) is a group of families South of Boston who come together for spiritual, educational and social experiences. We coordinate activities and offer support to one another in an effort to help home-educating families to discern their gifts and talents and share them with the world. We also help one another to network with other local, state and national groups in order to pursue interests and explore options outside of those offered by LWHE.
Above all, Little Way Home Educators strive to support and encourage one another in living our vocations in a welcoming, member-driven community.
